Kevin is the principal and founder of a consultancy specializing in systems analysis and technical solutions. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked with a wide range of organizations, including corporations, small businesses, consultancies, and sectors like healthcare and education. Known for his ability to solve complex challenges, Kevin is a trusted advisor who uses a consultative approach to help clients meet their business goals.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership, a BS in Human Relations and Business, and certifications in Change Management and Knowledge Management. Kevin is also a children’s book author, with Prince Captain Von Boogerface and the Jabberwock available on iBooks, with more titles on the way. A portion of proceeds from book sales supports children’s hospitals. The lead character was inspired by his son, whose quick wit and problem-solving skills mirror those of his real-life muse.

Kevin is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and philanthropically, ensuring that his work contributes to meaningful change in the lives of others.

David is a creative visionary devoted to purposeful design and meaningful impact. Inspired by his own profound experience—his infant daughter’s courageous battle and survival with cancer—David channels his design expertise and passion for storytelling to bring hope, awareness, and positive change to those affected by cancer.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from the University of North Texas, David has shaped campaigns for several leading healthcare organizations during his 40-year career.

At the core of his artistry is a lifelong passion for illustration, refined under the mentorship of the late Dick Ruhl, a former Walt Disney Studios animator. Through Ruhl’s School of Cartooning and Character Development, David embraced the magic of storytelling, blending corporate expertise with a whimsical, Disney-inspired touch. This rare balance of professionalism and imagination continues to define his dynamic designs and evocative illustrations.

Angie is an accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in nonprofit operations and organizational efficiency. She specializes in streamlining processes and enhancing impact for mission-driven organizations. Angie offers a broad range of tailored services, drawing on her strong background in governance, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness to help nonprofits optimize performance and better serve their communities.

Cheryl’s 35-year teaching career morphed from classroom teacher to dyslexia therapist after one of her own children was identified with dyslexia.

Cheryl’s dyslexia training began in 2004 at the LEAD center. Her original training was specific to the Alphabetic Phonics program, but subsequently led to training that included the Take Flight program at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. The last 18 years of her teaching career were spent as a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) in the public-school setting.

Cheryl is currently retired from public education but continues to provide dyslexia therapy to students in a private setting. As a classroom teacher and reading specialist, Cheryl understands the value of reading. While understanding that learning to read is not a process that flows naturally for some students, audiobooks and interactive books become invaluable tools. Cheryl is happy to be a part of The Bulladoir Project, Inc. – offering books that entertain while continuing to keep children of all ages engaged in reading!

Paul was a science kid in the space-age ’60s and completed a degree in biology. He followed a concurrent fascination with media technology into the world of video production. His path included broadcast work, commercial production, and a specialty in motion graphics design. His video career culminated in a 20-year tenure making videos at Scottish Rite for Children. One of his many in-house clients at Scottish Rite was the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders.

Developing videos for the dyslexia curricula designed at the Luke Waites Center gave him opportunities to see children who had been non-readers transformed into enthusiastic readers excited by books.

Ann is a passionate literacy advocate and retired educator with over 37 years of experience teaching secondary English. She holds degrees from UTEP and North Texas State University in English and Instructional Design. Her career spans public, private, and alternative education settings, where she championed literacy and academic excellence. Ann taught grades 9–12, led English departments, and mentored educators. Now active as a substitute teacher and Collin County Election Clerk, Ann remains committed to lifelong learning, equity in education, and civic service. Her dedication aligns closely with the mission of nonprofits focused on literacy, empowerment, and community impact.
